Robert August to be inducted into the International Surfboard Builders Hall of Fame
Many thanks to the International Surfboard Builders Hall of Fame for recognizing Robert August this year for lifetime achievements of his involvement in the surfing industry. Please join us at the induction: Saturday, October 21st, 2017 at 9 am at the Huntington Beach International Surfing Museum on 5th and Olive.
Now in its new home in Huntington Beach, this event celebrates the pioneers of shaping surfboards as a true craft, culture and obvious talent – held at the HB International Surfing Museum.
Started in 2000 by Bob Bolen & Mike Ester to honor the life time achievements of its inductees ... those who are involved and have helped create the surfboard industry we have today. Hall of Fame surfboard shapers are nominated by prior inductees. This is a great event and everyone is invited to attend, hope we see you there!!
